DIY Raised Garden Bed ~$150 & ~3 Hours
Recently built a second raised garden bed and recorded this one! It's pretty straight forward and a great way to get comfortable with power tools with simple, straight cuts. This is a great weekend project to grow some fresh veggies for yourself!
My girlfriend wanted a raised garden bed and I didn't want to pay $300 for one online, so naturally I spent $300 and built it myself. I ended up making a second one for this video and recording it with some slight changes to the design but overall I am very happy with them. I feel they were pretty cost effective, straight forward, and not too challening to make. I am trying to dip my toes into more DIY wood working and power tools so this was a nice warm up with the table saw and miter saw. It seems to be holding up well so far but time will tell how long this design lasts. I hope this encourages you to go out and make something! Even if you don't feel like you know exactly what you want to make. In regards to editing, I really tried to cut this down on time without removing too much material, Let me know what you think - I know it's long but I couldn't bring myself to get rid of the timelapses, and I didn't want to cut too many of my instructions / observations out.
